Ross' Rad Reads

There are a lot of really great blog awards floating around the blogosphere. I have received a few, and have been honored by it. I've wanted to celebrate my favorites, but instead of merely passing along someone else's award, I decided I would create my own. So I'm introducing the Ross' Rad Reads Awards!

The first recipient of the Ross' Rad Reads Award is Linda at Visiting Reality. I love Linda. She is, in her own words, my personal cheerleader. She is so supportive and wonderful. And she is a fellow writer, which automatically qualifies her as awesome.
She is also one funny lady. If you like a daily dose of laughter, you simply must follow her blog and tweets. I promise you will not regret it. Instead of a FAQ section on her blog, Linda has IAQs -
Inappropriately Answered Questions. Here is how she describes herself and her blog:

"Ex-actress, former teacher. Currently a writer of pure escapism. Be honest--you want to escape reality sometimes too, don't you?"

Why yes, yes I do! And I can always count on her to help. Like me, Linda is on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday blog schedule. So if you need a daily dose of laughter, you'll just have to follow her on Twitter, too.

You can learn more about the Ross' Rad Reads Award by clicking on the image above or on the tab at the upper right corner of this page. Look for more winners to come! And congratulations, Linda!

  1. Awwww. Thank you. I am honored to be the first recipient of Ross' Rad Reads Award! You are so sweet to think of me. Glad I can make you laugh with my blog and my silly tweets, because you always warm my heart with yours. :)

  2. What an awesome idea and I can't think of a better first recipient than Linda!!! :)

  3. Elizabeth,

I'm so glad to find your blog! And Linda's blog is definitely award-worthy. She rocks.

  4. Hello! I came over from KarenG's blog as I saw you were hoping to get 200 followers by the end of the year and thought how easy it would be for me to pop over and click the button to help you on your way! :)

I value your input, and appreciate your taking the time to not only read, but also comment on this post! Thank you! Please come back often and keep the discussion going...
